About the Role

The Manager, Advanced Analytics, supports the execution of Advanced Analytics work within the Advanced Analytics & Optimization team. This role focuses on delivering actionable performance insights to optimize omnichannel investment decisions and drive measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Excellence
    • Build and maintain core analytical models (e.g., segmentation, propensity, channel attribution) to support standardized omnichannel performance measurement and decision support.
    • Apply guidance, templates, and feedback to ensure work meets defined quality and consistency standards.
    • Improve analytic accuracy and insight quality by applying learnings from retrospectives, metrics, and feedback.
    • Monitor progress and quality of assigned analytics work, escalating risks, issues, or improvement opportunities to the team lead.
    • Support the delivery of recurring analytics by transitioning analyses into scalable, reusable capabilities and pipelines.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Advanced Analytics & Optimization leadership, cross-functional analytics teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective handoffs, data inputs, and issue resolution.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly within the team to support alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Experience in data science methodologies, AI/ML modeling, and tools/platforms such as Gemini, Sagemaker, and AmazonQ.
    • Familiarity with data governance, compliance requirements, and operational controls in regulated industries.
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights across franchises and markets.
    • Experience working in Agile environments and capability-based operating models.

    • Business Acumen: Ability to understand value creation—financially, operationally, and for customers—and use insights to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI/ML modeling within commercial or marketing analytics functions.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree).
  • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, particularly in rare disease or specialty brands, with a strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.

Schedule

20 to 30% travel will be required.

Pay

The full base pay range for this role is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, and other pertinent factors. This range is reviewed regularly to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

The successful candidate may also be eligible for:

  • A discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Discretionary equity grants under Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
