Manager Adult Care Operations
About the role
The Manager Adult Care Operations at Dignity Health Connected Living is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of the respective department in accordance with guidelines from various government agencies and organizational policies. This includes selecting, training, and evaluating subordinates, developing and enforcing departmental policies, managing staffing and budgets, overseeing record-keeping, and providing grant reporting.
Responsibilities
- Selects, trains, and evaluates subordinates and initiates personnel actions in accordance with Human Resources policy and organizational philosophy
- Develops, maintains, and enforces departmental policies and protocols
- Establishes and maintains department staffing and schedules
- Manages the development of the departmental operating and capital budget
- Provides grant reporting to leadership and granting agencies
- Oversees record-keeping and reportage of monthly and annual required data
- Responsible for department purchases within budget limitations, performs accounts payable coding, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in related field
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Must be able to access and manage third-party credit card information and transactional systems
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and enforce departmental policies and protocols
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
- Experience with grant reporting and record-keeping

Pay
The posted compensation range for this position is $36.00 - $45.51 /hour, reflecting the lowest and highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
This role is full-time with a weekly schedule of Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm).
