Responsibilities
- Be the SME on all things Ad Operations – know the inner workings of all teams, processes, and SLAs, campaign management, best practices.
- Oversee the campaign management process for direct reports including trafficking, QA, billing, troubleshooting, optimization, collaboration with all members of assigned pods.
- Lead, grow, develop, drive accountability, manage performance, and train a group of Campaign Managers.
- Help onboard and train new Campaign Managers.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to collaborate, solve problems, and find solutions to drive the success of the team.
- Create and improve internal business processes.
- Analyze data and trends to optimize various internal processes.
- Help monitor overall business metrics and KPIs to ensure the success of our clients’ campaigns and business.
- Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, fulfillment issues, creative policing, customer complaints, and conflicts.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies across various teams and processes and work with the leadership team to provide and implement recommendations and solutions.
- Lead the process to understand client and market needs and implement programs to achieve those goals.
- Liaison with teams across the globe on day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in ad operations, client services, digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms
- Bachelor's degree required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint required
- Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes
- Ability to see the “big picture”, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
- Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communicator, including written, oral, and presentation skills. Able to communicate and present information in a clear way to a diverse audience
- Operate with a high level of ownership, integrity, and proactivity
- Curious and have a passion to learn new things and are highly adaptable
- Preferred: Knowledge about DSPs, DV, IAS, DFA/DCM
Compensation & Benefits
Tier 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Tri-State Area, Los Angeles Metro Area, and Seattle Metro Area): $123,000 - $176,000/year
Tier 2 (all other U.S. Locations outside of Tier 1): Offers
