Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement grassroots marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Build and maintain relationships with provider groups, independent brokers, and broker agencies
• Execute co-branded marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand market presence
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in grassroots, field, or community-based marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and measure marketing effectiveness
• Willingness to travel locally within Central and North Florida

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of grassroots marketing experience
• Established relationships with medical groups, brokers, and broker agencies in Central and/or North Florida
• Experience working within markets influenced by The Villages
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or related industries

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant grassroots marketing experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA preferred) with at least 2 years of grassroots marketing experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
