About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant in West Palm Beach, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest experiences and fostering a positive Team Member environment.

Responsibilities

- Ensure Guests' expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and efficiently. - Train and develop Team Members to provide a superior Guest experience. - Manage both Front of House and Back of House operations effectively. - Focus relentlessly on maintaining high standards of quality and exceeding Guest expectations. - Handle all product ordering and receiving processes. - Schedule and manage efficient shifts of Team Members. - Interpret and positively influence financial performance reports (P&L). - Operate the business according to strict PDQ standards. - Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where Team Members feel safe and valued. - Coach and mentor Team Members, recognizing and rewarding their performance and efforts.

Requirements

- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers in quick service restaurants. - Excellent people and Guest service skills. - Proficiency in all aspects of the kitchen operation. - Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact financial performance reports. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Experience managing front and back of house operations. - Knowledge of PDQ standards and policies.
