Management Trainee Windham area

About the role

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Operate behind-the-scenes as an operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
• Cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Gain hands-on learning experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first
• Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
