Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring factory compliance with labor laws, buyer Codes of Conduct, occupational health & safety, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of buyer, social, regulatory, and certification audits while maintaining accurate compliance documentation.
  • Track audit observations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with relevant departments.
  • Promote ethical workplace practices by ensuring compliance with policies related to child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and employee welfare.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external regulatory authorities, including Fire Service, Labor Office, and other compliance bodies.
  • Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, chemical handling, waste management, ETP/WTP operations, and environmental performance.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments, developing emergency preparedness plans, organizing safety training, and promoting employee awareness programs.
  • Maintain compliance records, prepare reports, and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on factory safety, worker welfare, environmental protection, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with national regulations and international standards, including ISO, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other sustainability frameworks.
