About the role

This position is located at our branch local to Milford, NH: 312 Elm Street, Milford NH 03055.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.

• Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $52,300 with an average 45 hour work week.
