Management Trainee Intern Fall 2026

The Enterprise Management Internship offers valuable business and leadership skills to university/college students. As a paid intern, you'll gain real-world experience alongside full-time professionals, learning to run a successful business and acquiring marketable skills in management.

About the role

This role is located in the Albuquerque area and is open to seniors in their final year of a bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2027. The internship pays $17.00/hour and is part-time, with flexibility for class schedules.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Qualifications

• Must be a current senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now and May 2027
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must commit to a 10-12 week internship starting in May
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm)
• Must live in the Albuquerque, NM area, or have plans to relocate prior to the start date
