Management Trainee Intern

Responsibilities
- Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
- Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
- Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers.
- Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time college Senior student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or part time if less than 12 credits remaining) graduating by December 2026.
- The internship will require a commitment to work 20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks starting Monday, August 17th.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
Pay
$18/hr!
Schedule
20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks starting Monday, August 17th.
