Management Trainee Intern

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. This internship is designed for university/college students who are seniors and will graduate by December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, marketing strategies, and building relationships
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Must be a full-time college senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or part time if less than 12 credits remaining) graduating by December 2026
• Commitment to work 20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks starting Monday, August 17th
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)

Pay

$20/hr!

Schedule

20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks starting Monday, August 17th
