Management Trainee - Florence

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn how to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first and the culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Leadership/Management

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week.

Pay

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week.
