About the role
The Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out and gain valuable business and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn what it takes to run a successful business
- Acquire highly marketable skills in management
- Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
- Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
- Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
- Have the opportunity to develop skills managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Requirements
- Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2026
- Willing to commit to our fall program working 25 hours per week
- Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in Sales - defined as, commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g - serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry)
- If no sales experience, will consider 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
