Management Trainee Fall Internship

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out on their resumes and gain valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on challenges similar to those faced by first and second-year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Have the opportunity to develop skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Must be a current senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date of December 2026
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales, defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g., serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry)
• If no sales experience, must have 1 year of experience or involvement in military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization
• Must be willing to commit to our part-time summer program (August 24, 2026 - November 20, 2026)
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
