Management Trainee Fall Internship

Fall 2026 Internship – a paid, part-time opportunity for university/college students to build business and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Interns take on the same challenges as first- and second-year full-time professionals.

About the role

This is a fall part-time internship working 25 hours per week at the following location:

• 1524 11th St, Huntsville, TX 77340

Pay

$17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, create marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competitions.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program or MBA, graduating December 2026.
• Must commit to the fall program, working a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Must have one year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last four years in one of the following:
  • Sales (commission-based, goal-driven, or bonus-eligible roles such as serving, restaurant/bar, retail, or hospitality).
  • Military service, collegiate athletics, or a leadership role in an academic organization.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record:
  • No more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past three years (one must fall off within 12 months of employment).
  • No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (e.g., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
