Management Trainee Fall Internship

The Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out and gain valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Have the opportunity to develop skills managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships

Requirements

• Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2026
• Willing to commit to our fall program working 25 hours per week
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in Sales or any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
