Management Trainee Fall Intern

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide you with real-world professional experience, building valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on challenges similar to those faced by first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Must be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in December 2026
• Must be a student at Idaho State University
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
