This position is located at one of our branches local to the Brookline / Brighton / Allston, MA area: 996 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston MA 02215, 324 Marginal Street, Chelsea MA 02150, 25 River Street, Cambridge MA 02138, and 84 Arsental Street, Watertown MA 02472.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• A current valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.
