Management Trainee - Brooklyn, CT

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at one of our offices within the greater Brooklyn, CT area.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Always put our customers first

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years on a valid driver's license
• No drug or alcohol related incidents on driving record within the past five years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• A current resident or moving to Connecticut or Rhode Island within 30 days of application date or post graduation if currently enrolled in college
