Management Trainee - Somerville / Medford, MA Area

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $59,700 and an average 45-hour work week.
• Paid Time Off, starting with 5 days upon hire and receiving a total of 12 days during your first year, plus 6 holidays.
