This 7-month rotational program equips you with the experience and knowledge needed to excel in a management role, offering exposure to various business operations including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for driven self-starters with a passion for critical thinking and a desire to grow within our company. Key qualities include strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, flexibility, and a positive attitude. A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred, along with leadership and sales skills, a strong commitment to quality work and customer service, and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
