About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
  • Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Cumulative 6 months experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Qualifications

  • Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime.
