About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in Cape Coral 33909, Cape Coral 33990, Fort Myers 33907, Port Charlotte 33980, or Punta Gorda 33950.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business
- Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Understand the importance of always putting our customers first
- Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, management, athletics, or leadership roles
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years of age
