Management Trainee

About the role

This position is located in Sarasota, Florida at Fruitville Rd 34232 or Clark Rd 34233.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, management, athletics, or leadership roles.
• A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 with an average 45 hour work week.
