We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Cumulative 6 months experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Qualifications
- Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime.
- Paid Time Off, starting with 14 days in your first year + 6 paid holidays.
