Management Trainee

About the role

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Learn what it means to always put our customers first
• Experience friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer service, Leadership
• Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,200 - $54,200 with an average 45 hour work week.

Pay

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,200 - $54,200 with an average 45 hour work week.
