Management Trainee

About the role

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Operate behind-the-scenes as an operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
• Cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Understand the importance of putting customers first
• Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in driving record in the last 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 - $54,277 with an average 45 hour work week
