Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.
• An unrestricted driver's license.

Qualifications

Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $67,936.00 with an average 45 hour work week.

Paid Time Off, starting with 13 days off per year.
