Management Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at various locations in the Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Bedford, Euless, Keller, Saginaw, Watauga, Haslet, and North Richland Hills areas of Texas and the surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first and the culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
