This position is located in Crossville (38555), Cookeville (38501), Dayton (37321), Clinton (37716) and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business by getting out into the community.
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer service, Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
