Management Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in the Marysville, WA area with our flagship store located at 16215 Smokey Point Blvd, Marysville, WA 98271.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Cumulative 6 months experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Pay

• Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime.
