About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at our office located at 178 Regina Dr, Cranberry, PA 16319.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry; leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations).
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug, alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).

Qualifications

  • Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,150 - $53,312 with an average 45 hour work week.
