Management Trainee

Overview

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in North Phoenix (85021, 85020, 85022, 85023, 85024, 85027, 85051, 85053, 85083), Glendale (85302) Arizona. Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
