About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in the Olympia, WA area with our flagship store located at 2400 Carriage Loop S.W., Olympia, WA 98502.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
- Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful
- Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
- Put our customers first
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Cumulative 6 months experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Qualifications
- Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime
