Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting our customers first and fostering a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years), employment reference, education and social security.

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,194 with an average 45 hour work week.
