We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities

Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI, failed breath test, diversion agreement, or similar).
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

Competitive Compensation - First year annual compensation of $55,007 with an average 45 hour work week.
Paid Time Off, 20 paid days off during your first year including 6-paid holidays.
