About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at: 1991 South US Highway 1 Stuart, FL 34994.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in any of the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No alcohol or drug-related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- At least 18 years old.

- Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,011; based on an hourly rate of $21.59 plus any applicable overtime compensation, with an average 46-hour work week.
