Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Professional Development

  • Access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
  • Preferred: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
  • A business or otherwise related academic major.
  • A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $73,200/Year.
  • The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training, and other business and organization needs.
