Position: New Graduate Management Rotational Program 2026

The New Graduate Management Rotational Program at Carrier Enterprise is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within an organization that prioritizes its people. The program spans approximately 12 months and includes hands-on learning experiences across various departments, including:

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Residential and Commercial Sales
• Wholesale/Branch sales functions
• Distribution/Warehouse functions

Upon successful completion, participants will have the ability to implement, demonstrate, and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. They will also have the opportunity to discuss their professional goals and career paths within roles such as sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, engineering, and more.

Key Requirements:

• Graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and tenacious
• Ability to work in changing environments and see through complexity
• Willingness to travel during the training period
• Strong interest and desire to learn customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering
• Internship experience in any of these areas is a plus
