Skills
- Entry-level qualified candidates with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, creative, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in changing environments and see through complexity
- Willingness to travel during the training period
- Strong interest and desire to learn customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering
- Internship experience in any of the above is a plus
Requirements
- Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program

Pay
CARRIER ENTERPRISE offers a competitive total pay (plus bonus on sales incentives) and benefits package inclusive of health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
Schedule
The schedule for the Trainee Program is flexible and designed to accommodate the needs of both the trainee and the organization. The program typically spans approximately 12 months, during which participants will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the organization.
