About the role

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant in Tampa, led by Brandon. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service and team member experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers in quick service restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and in a way that encourages repeat visits.
• Takes direction from the Operating Director to provide guidance, training, and support to ensure Guests' expectations are met and surpassed.
• Manages both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, focusing on quality and exceeding standards.
• Orders and receives products, schedules shifts, and manages Team Members to achieve business goals.
• Interprets and positively impacts P&L statements, operating the business according to strict PDQ standards.
• Cultivates a diverse and inclusive workplace where Team Members feel safe, secure, and respected.
• Coaches and trains Team Members, recognizing and rewarding their performance and efforts.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers in quick service restaurants.
• Excellent people and guest service skills.
• Full proficiency in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.

Successful candidates should have a strong background in hospitality and management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences.
