Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience
• Develop and empower the team to exceed expectations
• Achieve financial targets and company key performance indicators
• Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising to create a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere
• Manage store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial acumen
• Oversee stock management in a fast-paced environment
• Diligently track and report on store sales performance
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit new retail professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience as an 3IC/Assistant/Store Manager
• A passion for the retail industry
• Experience managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
• Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire peers
