The Operations Management Trainee Program trains highly motivated and qualified individuals to assume Plant Supervisor or higher management positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes associated with safety, quality, production, scheduling, and logistics
• Train and work within ClarkDietrich's four core values: Do The Right Thing, Do Things Right, Creative Solutions From Everyone, Positive Energy and Teamwork
• Learn complex cross-functional business operations including basic production worker job responsibilities, machine operation (rollformers, coil slitter, and cold mill reduction), forklift and crane operation, machine product scheduling, material resource planning, and supervision of front-line production and logistics

Requirements

• College degree in business or manufacturing related disciplines, or relevant management experience
• Capacity to learn complex cross-functional business operations
• Analytical and collaborative personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications

• The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience
