Position Summary
Through intensive career training, contribute to the Company's success by meeting/exceeding expectations of the Management Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all departmental training programs as directed
- Contribute to departmental success by providing recommendations for process enhancements
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a cohesive and professional work environment
- Provide feedback to management, including corporate, related to departmental training programs and operational efficiencies improvements
- Demonstrate a continuing commitment to learn
- Assist management, when requested, with the training and development of others
Requirements
- Must be mobile with a willingness to relocate to various locations across the U.S. on a frequent basis (3-6 months)
- Must be willing to live in employee housing with a possible roommate in sites where housing is offered
- Must be ambitious and willing to learn a variety of new skills
- Must possess strong attention to detail skills
- Must be a positive communicator and team player in the workplace
Education and Experience
- Education: High School graduate, Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in a hospitality role, Minimum three (3) years' experience in a customer service/leadership role
