Position Summary

Through intensive career training, contribute to the Company's success by meeting/exceeding expectations of the Management Development Program.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in all departmental training programs as directed
  • Contribute to departmental success by providing recommendations for process enhancements
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure a cohesive and professional work environment
  • Provide feedback to management, including corporate, related to departmental training programs and operational efficiencies improvements
  • Demonstrate a continuing commitment to learn
  • Assist management, when requested, with the training and development of others

Requirements

  • Must be mobile with a willingness to relocate to various locations across the U.S. on a frequent basis (3-6 months)
  • Must be willing to live in employee housing with a possible roommate in sites where housing is offered
  • Must be ambitious and willing to learn a variety of new skills
  • Must possess strong attention to detail skills
  • Must be a positive communicator and team player in the workplace

Education and Experience

  • Education: High School graduate, Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in a hospitality role, Minimum three (3) years' experience in a customer service/leadership role
