About the role

The management training program assists management in filling executive and supervisory positions within the Bank of Colorado Bank and permits a trainee to gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Learn daily operations in retail, operations, and lending environments.
  • Promote new customers and cross-sell banking services.
  • Maintain ongoing customer interactions to enhance customer relations.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
  • Absorb strict time constraints and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
