About the role

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company since 1967, is seeking a Management Associate to join its Houston-based division. The position is part of a 12-month Rotational Program plus an Immersive Learning component, offering comprehensive knowledge across all stages of homebuilding.

Responsibilities

• Land Acquisition & Land Development
• Community Planning and Start Up
• Production & Quality
• Sales & Design Studio
• Purchasing

Requirements

• Strong leadership ability and business acumen with a passion for residential homebuilding
• Collaborative team player with a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solution-oriented thinker with creative problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business needs
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to problem-solve independently and with a team
• A passion for the homebuilding industry
• New home construction and sales experience (plus)

Preferred

• Graduate degree (preferably in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience or internships within residential real estate/homebuilding
