Management Consultant - Principal - New York
About the role
Manage multiple projects, designing transformation programs for large, complex organizations.
Lead and coach project teams, develop negotiation strategies, and oversee projects onsite for 1-2 days a week.
Engage senior client executives, acting as a trusted advisor, and inspire teams to achieve high results.
Play a key leadership role in the growth of the North America region, contributing to business development, building client relationships, and helping shape our regional strategy.
Take ownership of significant sales targets while leveraging your network to support both business development and recruitment efforts.
Act as a senior contributor to the NAM leadership team, helping to build team capability, develop junior talent, and strengthen our culture as we grow.

Requirements
Strong academic background
Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain
Project management and people management experience
Qualifications
Comfortable proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of digging into complex challenges at a leading management consultancy or in a relevant industry position
Skills

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
