About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in the North America region. Based in New York and Chicago, you will support clients across the Americas with a mix of high-complexity projects, strategic direction, and impactful presentations for steering committees. You will manage and coach teams, typically overseeing 7+ consultants, and actively engage in business development.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain. Project management and people management experience are also essential. A strong academic background is preferred.
