Management and Program Analyst
About the role
Provides operational oversight of the operating budget, negotiates changes in Interservice Support Agreements, establishes policies and guidelines for accurate billings, and ensures mission accomplishment through the provision of support services.
Requirements
Conditions of employment: U.S. citizenship, tour of duty, security requirements, appointment subject to suitability/fitness determination, FLRA non-exempt, selective service requirement, REAL ID or other acceptable identification documents, Overseas Rotation Agreement, and recruitment incentives.
Qualifications: Specialized experience, education substitution, or combination of education and experience may be used to meet requirements. Must possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems, including performing budgeting processes, developing documentation, and providing support services.
Education: Graduate degree or equivalent, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education, or LL.M. in a related field. Unofficial transcripts acceptable at time of application.
Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive, requires a favorable suitability or fitness determination, and may be subject to random drug testing.
Qualifications

Educational Substitution: Graduate degree or equivalent, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education, or LL.M. in a related field.
Combination of Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.

Pay
Non-exempt, subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act, and appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination.

Set schedule, with potential for Overseas Rotation Agreement and a tour length of 36 months.
