MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
Duties Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Resource Management Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.
Requirements
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Must demonstrate the following:
- (1) executing civilian manpower management programs (such as reconciling authorizations or preparing change requests)
- (2) conducting detailed staffing or organizational analyses to validate personnel requirements
- (3) processing, validating, or approving Federal personnel actions (such as RPAs) within a multi-departmental or command-level organization.
